We believe the use of Pillow Aid can result in certain health benefits; however, it is not a medical device, and you are advised to consult with your physician prior to using Pillow Aid if you have persistent or recurring insomnia, stiffness, upper body circulation problems, arm and/or shoulder pain, or any other medical conditions including, but not limited to, surgical or other procedures performed on or to the head, neck, spine, or shoulders that may or may not require medical attention, other special sleeping supports, sterile covers, C-PAP, or any number of other appliances. Also, by the use of or purchasing Pillow Aid, you further agree that under no circumstances shall the Inventor or the Inventor’ Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the product purchased from the Inventor. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, even if an authorized representative of the Inventor knows or should have known of the possibility of such damages. By purchasing Pillow Aid, you hearby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all products and merchandise available from the Inventor. Because some states do not allow exclusions or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In addition, nothing contained in Pillow Aid packaging, information, or instructions for use is intended to be construed as medical advice provided by either the Inventor or the Inventor’s Associates (employees, managers, agents, representatives, staff, or sales team affiliates). The Inventor and the Inventor’s Associates cannot be held responsible or liable for the diagnosis, treatment, advice, or care of the consumer or any other parties as a result of such person’s purchase or use of Pillow Aid.
